  • Kevin Wills

    Commercial Director

    Kevin has been in the Asset finance business for 33 years, including roles in Credit & Risk, Sales and a 7 year stint as a self-employed broker. He joined Dawsongroup in November 2017 although already knew the Group well, having been a supplier since 1998. Living locally in Ringwood, Kevin enjoys the outdoor life including running and walking in the New Forest and on Dorset’s beaches and coastal paths. He is a keen sports fan, a regular at boot camps and loves following cricket.

  • Fiona MacDougall

    Operations Manager

    In September 2020, to her surprise, Fiona realised she had been working for Dawsongroup for 10 years! She started as Funding Co-ordinator and has progressed to Operations Manager so she feels she must have been doing something right all these years.  She has seen several changes over the years, some good, some not so good, but is pleased to confirm Dawsongroup Finance is heading in the right direction.  In her spare time Fiona enjoys walking, cycling, eating out and sampling a good glass of wine!

  • Matthew Bull

    Internal Sales Manager

    Matthew joined Dawsongroup in 2016. His primary role consists of supporting Dawsongroup PLC customers with asset finance solutions and assisting internally with the credit and operation functions. In his spare time Matthew is a keen sportsman playing Cricket & Rugby as well as watching any sport under the sun. Living in the New Forest he also enjoys making the most of the great outdoors, walking his dogs or socialising in a pub garden!

  • Chloe O’Neill

    Assistant Operations Manager

    Chloe joined Dawsongroup Finance in 2017, after relocating from Dawsongroup PLC which she joined in 2015. Her role consists of assisting with the in-life processing of all agreements, funding new business and managing business with our contract hire companies. Chloe has many interests, to name a few she enjoys walking her black Labrador Milo, keeping fit, travelling to new places, going to concerts/music festivals, sailing, and attending sports events such as NFL London.

  • Natalie Knight

    Management Accountant

    Natalie joined Dawongroup in 2017 and supports the whole team looking after the Finances and Reporting. Natalie is a keen runner and cyclist, often organising group trail runs and rides around the New Forest.  She is an active member of New Forest Runners, representing the club at races such as Dartmoor Discovery Ultra and the London Marathon.  A keen fan of the great outdoors, she is often out exploring the coast and forest with her family, or busy supporting the local Scouting groups. She also loves live music, quirky museums and a social pint or two.

  • Sue Matthews

    Sales Support Manager

    Sue joined Dawsongroup in 2018 and supports the Sales Team in improving the customer experience end to end.  Outside of work she enjoys seeing live bands and theatre performances. She likes to bake scones and share a cream tea with friends, although there is probably more Prosecco than tea!!  She has recently taken up Pilates, upcycled a cabinet, and occasionally makes the odd piece of glass jewellery!

  • Rebecca Bishop

    Sales Co-ordinator

    Rebecca enjoys being out in the local area, exploring the New Forest or the beaches with her Golden Retriever Sasha. Getting involved with charity events like 10k night walks and 10k steps a day for month challenges. Rebecca also likes being busy in the kitchen baking or making something tasty to feed friends and family. Rebecca likes to keep healthy by doing power lifting training to HIIT sessions. When the weather is good she likes attending motor shows and supporting local car related events. If that isn’t enough, she has recently signed up to a Mental Health Awareness course.

  • Lucy Oakenfull

    Business Development Manager (Broker)

    Lucy joined Dawsongroup in December 2019 as a specialist in the Asset Finance Broker space. She prides herself in developing relationships for the long term. Her goal at Dawsongroup Finance is to provide her broker customers with a bespoke funding opportunity not offered by much larger funders. In her spare she is a keen cyclist enjoying the delights of the south coast, walking her dog in the New Forest and socialising with friends and family.

  • David Glasson

    Sales Manager

    David has spent most of his career in finance, starting in motor and latterly moving to asset finance. He takes a keen interest in understanding client’s requirements and prides himself on finding the best solution for their business, be that purchase, leasing, or contract hire.  Outside work David likes to spend sunny afternoons watching his local village cricket team and supporting the club in their fund-raising activities.

  • Andy Morris

    Credit Manager

    Andy is a recent starter at Dawsongroup and brings with him vast credit experience gained with various funders over the years, including Lombard, BNP, Deutsche Leasing and most recently Star Asset Finance as Head of Group Credit. His interests include photography, motorbikes and music. He has toured with bands all over Europe and released several records and CDs over the years, but never earned the kind of money his talent deserved. His integrity remains intact though.

  • Gulshan Khan

    Sales Manager

    Gulshan joined Dawsongroup in May 2020, her role is to look after the asset finance customer requirements on behalf of TCS, Sweepers and MH. In her spare time Gulshan likes to keep fit by going to the gym or running in the great outdoors. She also loves to travel and learn about other cultures.

  • Andrew Kenny

    Sales Manager

    Andrew has worked in the finance industry since 2014 and he joined Dawsongroup in 2020. Andrew’s role as business development manager, covers the north of England. Living in Sheffield, he likes to spend his spare time walking in the peak district, playing online games or watching American football and Rugby.
